I have been involved in housing and community development since I came to Colorado in 1971. My experience involves 11 years with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), 7 years as Regional Director for Habitat for Humanity and 8 years as Director of a local non-profit creating affordable housing in the 5 counties of Southwestern Colorado. I have continued my commitment to community service through his membership in Kiwanis and IHM Catholic parish.
Honesty, integrity, service and follow-through are words to describe my commitment to you and to the real estate profession. My special interests are energy efficiency, passive solar, maintenance free design and the proper location of a home to maximize energy efficiency and quality of life.
I have lived in Archuleta County since 1996 and I know the market, and the highways and byways to help you find the right acreage, building site, home, or commercial property to fit your needs.
